“AML/CFT Primer” workshop for regulated sector staff

| April 22, 2014 | 0 Comments

Susan Grossey – a familiar face in Guernsey anti-money laundering circles – is running her popular “AML/CFT Primer” workshop once again this year, on Wednesday 11 June 2014.

The full-day event is designed for new Money Laundering Reporting Officers and new deputy MLROs, as well as anyone in compliance (or perhaps a new-and-blissfully-unaware director?) who needs to cover all the essentials of the Guernsey AML/CFT regime: the risk-based approach, the four elements of your AML/CFT effort (CDD, record-keeping, suspicion reporting and staff training), where to get the latest AML information, and so on.

It is a full, fun day held at St James, for a maximum of sixteen people only, and provides a really good grounding in the subject.  And with the price frozen at £345 for the day, including daunting amounts of food, it’s good value for money.  Email Susan to find out more: susan@thinkingaboutcrime.com.
