Barclays Wealth & Investment Management has received the Guernsey Super-Affluent Specific Services award at the annual Euromoney Private Banking Awards.
The award recognises the work Barclays undertakes with its high net worth individual clients and was voted for by private banking professionals across the globe, with the results taken from the annual Private Banking and Wealth Management Survey, conducted by Euromoney.
The awards ceremony took place in London on Thursday 21 February and was attended by Ken Bradley, Shaun Phillips, and James McClymont from Barclays Wealth & Investment Management.
“The Euromoney Private Banking Awards are well respected within the global wealth management industry so it’s fantastic that Barclays has been recognised for its services by our peers again this year,” said Ken Bradley, director at Barclays Wealth & Investment Management.
“This award highlights Barclays capabilities in the private banking sector as well as the quality of the services we offer our clients.”
Barclays also received the Super-Affluent Specific Services award for the Western Europe region at the ceremony.
The Euromoney Private Banking Awards recognise private banks that have performed best around the world in the past year. The survey provides a qualitative and quantitative review of the best services in private banking, by region and by areas of services. It is used as an informative guide for high net-worth individuals on the range of professional wealth management service providers that are available.
