Channel Islands IT consultancy C5 Alliance will welcome Jess Meats, partner technology advisor from Microsoft UK, at breakfast seminars this month to discuss how automation of business processes can significantly improve overall efficiency.
Miss Meats, along with lead SharePoint consultant at C5 Alliance, Aonghus Fraser, will present the case for business process automation using real life examples of client projects.
“We aim to demonstrate the huge potential of workflows in bolstering efficiency and productivity in businesses. By harnessing Microsoft’s SharePoint platform and using software such as SharePoint Designer and Nintex, end-users can take control of their workflows.
“This allows for consistency, ease of collaboration and the streamlining of the cost and time required by common business processes. Ultimately, this improves efficiency and helps contain costs,” said Mr Fraser.
The briefings will also highlight how SharePoint can be integrated with existing customer relationship management software and will provide an overview of the recently released SharePoint 2013, SharePoint Designer 2013 and Visio 2013.
Mark Loane, chief executive officer at C5 Alliance said:
“At C5 we are always excited to share knowledge and learning in terms of what can be achieved through technology. As a Microsoft Gold Partner we have achieved some fantastic results through the use of Microsoft’s SharePoint platform.
“I am extremely pleased that we have Jess Meats’ expert involvement for these events and hope that we can use this as an opportunity to help the local business community to understand how they can get even better results from their technology.”
The seminars are aimed at business and technical decision makers and will be held on Wednesday 20 February at the Royal Yacht Hotel in Jersey and Thursday 21 February at Moores Hotel in Guernsey from 8.00 am until 09.30 am.
Places at the seminar are free of charge but advanced online booking is required at: http://www.c5alliance.com/events
