Channel Islands’ communications consultancy shortlisted for five national awards

CHANNEL Islands’ communications consultancy, Liquid, has been shortlisted six times in five categories for the national Golden Hedgehog PR Awards. It is the only firm from the islands to have made the shortlist.

Liquid is one of eight businesses in the frame for Small Agency of the Year and PR director Lisa Gutcher is one of seven young professionals under consideration in the outstanding young professional category for PR agency consultants. Four of Liquid’s communications campaigns have also been shortlisted against others from London, the south of England, Wales and the Midlands.

The multiple award-winning Love Sweet Potatoes campaign, created for UK-based Scott Farms International by teams in Guernsey, Jersey and Birmingham has been shortlisted for business to business campaign of the year.

Liquid’s integrated PR and marketing campaign for leading independent trust company Hawksford, which culminated at an event at the House of Commons, has been shortlisted for Financial PR Campaign of the Year. Two further campaigns for clients in the education sector have been shortlisted for Crisis Management Campaign of the Year.
