Susan Grossey has been providing anti-money laundering training and advice in Guernsey for many years. She is the author of several books on the subject, and her latest venture is a series of four books written specifically for people working Guernsey’s regulated community – all published today.
“Anti-Money Laundering: What You Need to Know” comes in four Guernsey editions: banking, accountancy, fiduciary and insurance. Each edition covers the main tenets of Guernsey’s AML regime – customer due diligence, record-keeping, internal reporting and staff training – and explains staff responsibility with regard to all four. Each edition also contains an outline of the relevant legislation, sector-specific case studies and “red flag” indicators, and links to further information. Illustrations have been specially commissioned from an artist who used to work at the “Economist”, and the now-famous AML piggy appears on the cover.
All four editions are available from Amazon, with links from Susan’s own website (www.thinkingaboutcrime.com/publications.htm) and each costs £5.99.
