Monday 14th April
The Bowel Cancer Guernsey team will be on hand with information, guidance and advice on healthy living and how to avoid the disease.
Tuesday 15th April
Meet Myfanwy Datta, Lead Dietitian at the Princess Elizabeth Hospital who will talk about the benefits of healthy eating in cancer prevention. Also on hand, Health Trainers who look forward to advising people on a healthy lifestyle
Wednesday 16th April
Tasty fresh fruit and veggie snacks using fruit and vegetables provided by Milton Produce and prepared by Sueco The Food Co. on offer to everyone visiting the shop. Bowel Cancer Guernsey and MUG volunteers will be on hand to give tips on healthy eating
Thursday 17th April
Personal trainers from X The Finish Line offering free personal fitness assessments and advice throughout the day on how to get more active.

- 2 – 3pm join Donna Rogan of The Body Studio in Fitsteps sessions in Smith Street.
