TWO staff at Butterfield Bank Guernsey have had their photographs included in the group calendar for 2012.

Pictures of a Golden Guernsey goat and a Guernsey cow were selected to feature in the Butterfield Group calendar which will be distributed to clients and contacts around the world. Carl Gleeson and Justin Finch were the winning photographers from the Bank.

The calendar is themed around the indigenous animals of each jurisdiction in which the bank operates and entries were encouraged from each of the Group offices.

Other animals which feature in the calendar include an iguana, indigenous to the Cayman Islands, a monarch butterfly, from Bermuda and a lady bird representing the UK.

Mr Finch, Senior Technical Officer at Butterfield, was happy for his photograph to have been selected.

“Guernsey is well known for its special breed of cow. They are the one animal that really represents Guernsey and I am pleased that my shot was chosen to feature in the calendar” he said.
