On 27 February, the CIPD Guernsey Branch will be holding an event on HR metrics at St James Concert & Assembly Hall.
For HR practitioners in today’s fast paced business world, the questions are: what to measure, how to measure and how to improve measurement results. Where do you start when there’s so much to measure nowadays…turnover, cost of turnover, cost of hiring/training, overtime ratios, absence, productivity, equality…the list goes on. So, where does it end? Well, this event will certainly help to determine where it all starts.
Metrics help HR and the business to understand how to successfully measure and respond to employee-related activities. Insightful metrics give HR a chance to prove their value to senior management, so the aim of these sessions is to help attendees achieve this in their organisations.
