Mourant Ozannes advises on 2e2 sale to Datatec
Leading Offshore law firm, Mourant Ozannes, has advised on the sale by administrators of the IT group 2e2 to Datatec, the largest technology group traded on AIM with a market capitalisation of around £640m.
Mourant Ozannes advised on the sale of the Channel Islands businesses that formed part of the sale of the European arm of 2e2 to Datatec for €24m, which also included 2e2’s businesses in Spain, Ireland and the Netherlands.
