INDULGE MEDIA is marking its fifth year of trading with the appointment of a new digital project manager, a move to new offices and a full rebrand including a new website.
James Le Gallez has been appointed to the role of digital project manager and will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, ensuring projects are delivered on time and guaranteeing a quality end product.
He has a diploma in digital marketing from the Institute of Direct & Digital Marketing and over five years of digital experience in a variety of industries.
Director Patrick Cunningham said that hiring Mr Le Gallez will enable key design and development staff to spend more time focussing on providing innovative solutions to clients.
“James’ appointment is the latest phase of our growth and adds further structure and rigour to the way we manage client work.”
The company has also been reaccredited for the internationally recognised ISO 9001:2008 certification, which focuses on a business’ ability to produce high quality products and services. It covers all aspects of the business, from staff development through to marketing and product and service delivery.
“Gaining and maintaining this accreditation is one of the company’s biggest accomplishments in our five years of trading. It has allowed us to grow in a controlled way,” said Mr Cunningham.
The business has also relocated to larger premises in the centre of St Peter Port due to rapid growth since its launch in 2009. The company now employs nine staff and the new office provides an open-plan working environment with a studio feel, and crucially, space for the company to expand further.
This growth is also reflected in the quality and quantity of client work undertaken by the agency. Co-founder Russell Isabelle said: “We have recently worked on a wide range of projects for clients such as Jersey Post and Specsavers, where we created the online campaign for their ‘Spectacle Wearer of the Year 2013’ awards. We have also continued to produce modern, responsive and affordable websites for small businesses like JG Architects. We have grown a great team and work with a high calibre of clients, and are planning big things for the future. This is a very exciting time for the business.”
The firm’s new offices in Lefebvre Street have also provided an opportunity to rebrand, with a fresh new design incorporated into the décor. Indulge have also used this as the perfect time to redesign their website to incorporate innovative new features like the individually scrolling screenshots featuring recent website projects.
“Experimenting with our own site has given us a great opportunity to try out some new things that are only just being made possible online,” said Mr Cunningham. “This gives us a great platform to bring these ideas into client work in the future.”
