THE Island’s leading local market sales team has just got even stronger. Guernsey’s largest agents Swoffers have recruited Scott Ingrouille to their experienced sales team.
Scott, 35 years old, joined the company in 2010 and has worked as a property manager but relishes this new challenge available to him.
“It will be a totally different focus but hopefully I will be able to draw on the experiences I have gained over the last three years to bring further success to a very talented team,” said Scott.
Scott’s appointment will strengthen a team that has a proven track record in selling a large proportion of local market properties and that have been leaders in this market for many years.
“We are delighted that Scott has decided to join us in our local market sales department and we are confident that he will bring a great deal to our already experienced team,” said local market director Spencer Noyon.
“Scott has a proven track record in looking after clients and meeting their expectations and his attention to detail and hard work have also been noticeable during his time at Swoffers – he will fit into his new role very well.”
After a highly successful 2012, recruitment in this area of the business was important for Swoffers,
“Scott’s move to our sales team reflects our need to maintain our very high standards and meet the needs of our vendors. It is a busy time for us and we pride ourselves on meeting the expectations of our clients,” Mr Noyon added.
“We are never happy to rest on our laurels and we are looking forward to building on our successes and making 2013 another great year.”
