Yesterday the GSPCA were lucky enough to have help from KPMG staff for the third year in a row.
The team of 7 staff from KPMG arrived at 9am where after a short induction were set to work painting the stable on site as well as many of the tortoise and rabbit runs, fences and even doing a little gardening.
Emilie Guillou, Abbie Guillou, Francesca Folmi, Natalie White, Simon Guilbert, Robert Hallam and Lis Clos spent the day helping around the Shelter and thank fully the sun stayed out all day.
With nearly 300 animals at the Shelter, nearly 4 acres of grounds and the busiest time of year the team at the GSPCA are extremely thankful to the 7 volunteers from KPMG who helped out.
Steve Byrne GSPCA Manager said ‘”It was lovely to have the team once again from KPMG helping out at the GSPCA and our stable certainly needed a fresh coat of wood preserve.”

“This is the third year staff from KPMG have helped at the Shelter, over the last year some have even helped out at the Shelter and fund raisers in their own time and they are entering a team in our Giant Animal Mascot Race at our Seafront Sunday on the 14th September.”
